Services Description
vnlcraft provides vinyl printing and cutting services, brand design, business card design, and related professional services. The specific scope of services is defined in individual agreements or orders.
Use of Services
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or acting on behalf of a company to use our services.
Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Own rights to provided materials and designs
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay for services on time
Prohibited Actions
You are prohibited from using our services for:
- Illegal activities
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement
- Offensive, discriminatory, or indecent materials
- Misleading or fraudulent purposes
Intellectual Property
All designs and materials created by vnlcraft for clients become client property after full payment, unless otherwise agreed. vnlcraft reserves the right to use projects in portfolio with client consent.

Payment
Payment terms:
- Prices are determined individually per project
- Advance payment required for new clients
- Final payment due before delivery
- We accept bank transfer and cash
Warranties
Service Warranties
We guarantee the quality of our services and materials. For defects due to our error, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Disclaimers
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation (if not performed by us), misuse, or natural disasters.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client owes payment for work performed to date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes are resolved in the courts of Sofia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
